Presentation on Embedded Development with Rust by Pascal Mainini

On Wednesday, June 18th, Pascal Mainini will give a lecture on embedded development with Rust.

Thanks to the promise of performant and secure code, Rust has been gaining increasing popularity in recent years. Since Rust compiles to machine code, its application in the embedded field would seem obvious. However, in practice, it presents more challenges than one might think.

Pascal professionally engages with this topic in his role as a researcher at the Bern University of Applied Sciences. In his lecture, he reports from both theory and practice and shares with us the insights he has gained over the past years.

The lecture will be held in German. It takes place as part of our lecture series.
